Payment

Payment can be made using debit/credit card or etransfer that must be paid before you arrive for your reservation.

Cancellation policy

$25 fee if cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival

$50 fee if cancelled 7-13 days prior to arrival

$100 fee within 3-6 days prior to arrival

There will be no refund for a cancellation less than 3 days prior to reservation

Additional information

Please be mindful of the location of our domes, although we have fencing at the edge of the cliff there is still the danger of falling. Additionally, because of our location, we are often exposed to strong winds during storms. During these times, if there is a government issued warning, there is the possibility of closure. The safety of our guests will always be considered above any possible profit, and we reserve the right to cancel bookings to ensure safety. We cannot be held responsible for bad or dangerous weather, and if we have to cancel a booking we will give our guest the option of rebooking for a later date or a refund.

Our guests are responsible for leaving the dome in the same condition (besides normal cleaning duties) as it was when you arrived. The guests will be held responsible for any and all damages to the dome found during or
after guest departure. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave that are excessively disruptive to other guests or cause damage to the dome during their stay. We assume no responsibility for accidents or injuries to guests or vehicles during the course of the guests stay. We will not be held responsible for loss or damage to valuables that are not secured properly.

Code of Conduct - Although we don't have posted quiet times set for the domes, please remember that you should be mindful of your fellow guests at all times. Should we be called to your dome because of noise complaints there's the possibility that you could be asked to vacate the dome and leave the property.

Each dome has it's own designated parking space, please ensure that you keep to your own space. No other vehicles, except those of the guest should be parked.

Damage/loss of property - The guest will be held responsible for any lost or missing items from the dome or damage to the property.

Smoking - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all of our domes. If we find that smoking has occurred in the dome, there will be an automatic change of $1000 for damages. The designated spot for smoking during your stay is the communal fire pit located on the left side of the red roofed building where you pick up your keys.
