Here are some Frequently Asked Questions that we get from our guests!

Do you have wifi?
Yes! We do have wifi! All of the information about how to connect to the wifi will be in your folder when you arrive for your stay!

What if I run out of propane?
In the event that you run out of propane during your stay you can send us a message through our instagram or Facebook @gravityluxurydomes
You can also send us an email at gravitydomes@outlook.com or call/text our phone at (902) 489 - DOME (3663). We always have someone at the phone ready to help with anything you need!

I lost my keys!
Send a message to gravitydomes@outlook.com or call (902) 489 - 3663 and we will get you a replacement key right away. Unfortunately, there will be a fee for lost keys.

is it possible to get an early check-in?
Of course! Just send us a message at least 48 hours before your check-in date to any of our social media accounts or (902) 489 - 3663 and we'll see what can be arranged. Usually an early check-in time can be accommodated as long as we have enough time to prepare!

Can I check availability for select dates?
You can check availability on our website through our booking engine under Book A Dome, or you can send us a message with the dates you're looking for and we can check for you!

Do you have extra beds for my dome?
Yes! We have a cot available for $25 a night that you can request when you're booking. When choosing your dome in the booking engine, you can select the cot under the 'extras' menu!

Are you pet friendly?
No. Unfortunately, right now we are not pet friendly. There is a nearby business that does boarding for pets overnight if you'd like to travel with them!
